The 2011 Haut-Bergey exhibits notes of charcoal embers, tobacco leaf, black currants, cherries, spice and earth. Made from a high dosage of Merlot combined with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, it should age nicely for 10-15 years.
